A little bit about me
Hey, I’m Geoff. I’m currently 32, from Florida, and I work in corrections. Most of my life revolves around work and being a dad to my daughter, Lyra. A lot of days feel like I’m just trying to keep everything balanced while figuring life out as I go.
I’m naturally pretty introspective and spend a lot of time in my own head thinking about life, people, and why we are the way we are. I grew up watching shuttle launches in Florida, which is probably where my fascination with space and astronomy came from. I still find myself going down random rabbit holes about space, psychology, or anything that makes me think.
I’m also big on humor, especially dark humor, because sometimes that’s the only thing that makes stressful situations manageable. When I get time to myself, I’ll usually play games, watch random science videos, or just decompress and mentally reset from work and life in general.
I’m honestly just a regular guy trying to be a good dad and make it through life one day at a time like everybody else.
