I have a write up I will be posting on here soon enough, but the following is a simplified step-by-step process and over-simplification. But, it makes sense. To often things become overly complicated, I wish to make things practical and simple.

THE PATH OF BAPTISM

(A Transformation Framework Through the Words of Jesus)

1. THE CALL — Awakening From the Old Self

“Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” (Matthew 4:17)“Awake, O sleeper, and arise…” (theme echoed in His call to awaken)“He who has ears to hear, let him hear.”

Principle:A disruption of autopilot. You begin to see that the personality you’ve been running is not the final identity.

Breath anchor:Slow inhale through the nose → feel the belly expandExhale → soften the grip of “who you think you are”

2. SEEING CLEARLY — Awareness of the Inner State

“The kingdom of God is within you.” (Luke 17:21)“The eye is the lamp of the body.” (Matthew 6:22)“First clean the inside of the cup…” (Matthew 23:26)

Principle:Shift attention inward. Reality is not just external—it’s being filtered through your internal state.

Practice:Witness thoughts without attaching. This is where separation from the “body personality” begins.

3. DETACHMENT — Breaking Identification With the Body/Ego

“Whoever wants to save their life will lose it…” (Matthew 16:25)“Deny yourself, take up your cross, and follow me.” (Matthew 16:24)“You cannot serve two masters.” (Matthew 6:24)

Principle:You cannot carry both identities. The ego-self (fear, control, validation-seeking) must loosen.

Breath anchor:Exhale longer than inhale → signals releaseFeel the “drop” out of tension patterns in the chest and jaw

4. SURRENDER — Yielding to a Higher Will

“Not my will, but Yours be done.” (Luke 22:42)“Blessed are the poor in spirit…” (Matthew 5:3)“Unless you become like little children…” (Matthew 18:3)

Principle:Surrender is not weakness—it’s coherence with something deeper than the thinking mind.

Practice:Let go of needing to control outcomes. Return to presence.

5. BAPTISM — Death and Rebirth

“Unless one is born of water and Spirit, he cannot enter…” (John 3:5)“Whoever loses their life for my sake will find it.” (Matthew 16:25)“You must be born again.” (John 3:7)

Principle:This is the threshold. The old identity dissolves; a new orientation emerges.

Energetic framing:Water = emotional/identity cleansingSpirit = new pattern / new signal

6. FAITH — Stabilizing the New State

“According to your faith be it unto you.” (Matthew 9:29)“If you have faith as a mustard seed…” (Matthew 17:20)“Do not be afraid; only believe.” (Mark 5:36)

Principle:Faith is sustained alignment—not momentary belief. It stabilizes the new identity.

Breath anchor:Steady rhythmic breathing → coherence between heart and mind

7. EMBODIMENT — Living From the Spirit

“Abide in me, and I in you.” (John 15:4)“You are the light of the world.” (Matthew 5:14)“Be perfect… as your Father is perfect.” (Matthew 5:48)

Principle:This is not theory. The new state becomes your baseline way of moving, speaking, relating.

Practice:Act from alignment, not reaction.

8. EXPRESSION — Love as the Output

“Love your neighbor as yourself.” (Matthew 22:39)“Love your enemies…” (Matthew 5:44)“By this everyone will know… if you love one another.” (John 13:35)

Principle:Love is the natural output of alignment—not forced morality.

Energetic note:When the system is coherent, love radiates without effort.

9. TRUST — Freedom From Fear and Control

“Do not worry about tomorrow…” (Matthew 6:34)“Look at the birds of the air…” (Matthew 6:26)“Peace I leave with you…” (John 14:27)

Principle:Anxiety dissolves as trust stabilizes. You’re no longer operating from survival mode.

10. UNION — Full Alignment With the Divine

“I and the Father are one.” (John 10:30)“The Father is in me, and I in the Father.” (John 10:38)“That they may all be one…” (John 17:21)

Principle:Final integration. No separation between self and source.
