Like the familiar song goes make new friends and keep the old, this community is built around the heart of that sentiment. You help me, I'll help you and together we will see it through.
I have personally experienced ups and downs, ins and outs resulting in examing who I am now and more importantly who I want to be. Taking accountability for who you were and who you are is the most freeing experiences of my whole life. It gets easier every time because I know it will be uncomfortable for a moment but who I grow to be is unexplanable.
