Sillar Factory Machine
Most software problems don’t start with code.They start with an unrefined idea, unclear intent, or a decision made too early without enough context.
Sillar Factory Machine is an attempt to build a production machine for ideas before they turn into:
- backlogs
- architectures
- code
- or even AI prompts
The premise is simple, but strict:👉 a raw problem goes in👉 it passes through stages of understanding, alignment, and direction👉 and it exits as outputs that are actionable, traceable, and human-approved
AI here is not the decision maker.Humans are not bottlenecks.And governance is not a checklist.
