This time of year always calls me inward.
The days get darker, the veil gets thinner… and my soul gets louder.
Lately, I’ve been feeling pulled into something deeper:
Ancestral shadow work.
Unraveling the stories, wounds, beliefs, and survival patterns that didn’t start with me — but live in me.
It’s heavy.
It’s sacred.
And it’s necessary.
So I’ve been moving slow —
Journaling.
Sitting in ritual.
Talking to my lineage.
Walking with the shadows, not around them.
November feels like a portal —
A liminal space where the past and present overlap.
Where truth wants to be felt.
And where healing becomes a decision.
