Most adults are not failing on YouTube because they lack effort.
They are failing because every week starts from zero.
If your content is active but your sales are random, you need a product floor.
A product floor is the one small digital product that stays put while your videos rotate around it.
Try this for the next 30 days:
1) Pick one problem your audience keeps repeating.
2) Build one simple product that solves that problem end to end.
3) Publish 3 YouTube videos that each solve one part of that same problem.
4) End every video with the same next step to the same product.
5) On Friday, review questions and tighten the product, not the whole strategy.
Do not rebuild your plan every week.
Keep one product floor and let your videos stack trust on top of it.
