Use one YouTube video to test a product before you build it
A lot of people build the product first and hope YouTube finds buyers later.
That is backwards.
Use the video first. Let the comments tell you if the problem is alive. Then build the small paid next step.
Simple plan:
1. Make one YouTube video around a problem you already know how to solve.
2. End the video with one direct question so people tell you where they are stuck.
3. Look for the repeat question in comments, emails, or DMs.
4. Turn the first useful step into a small digital product.
5. Make the next 3 videos attack that same problem from different angles.
Now the channel is doing research, trust-building, and sales prep at the same time.
Most people do not need a bigger audience first. They need cleaner signal from the audience they already have.
