A lot of people are trying to invent a digital product in private.
That is backwards.
Your YouTube channel should tell you what to build.
If people keep asking the same question in your comments, your DMs, or under your videos, that is not noise. That is product data.
Most creators get stuck because they try to build something huge before they have proof. Course outline. Fancy name. Too many lessons. Weeks of work.
You do not need a bigger product first.
You need a smaller answer people already asked for.
Here is a simple way to do it:
1. Look at your last 10 videos.
2. Find the question that shows up over and over.
3. Turn that one question into one paid shortcut.
4. Make your next 3 videos lead naturally into that shortcut.
That is how this actually works.
Your first digital product does not need to cover everything.
It needs to remove one piece of friction for the right person.
YouTube gives you attention.
Comments tell you what people are confused about.
Your product should close that gap.
Stop building in the dark.
Build the thing your audience is already asking you for.
