Most People Pick the Wrong Starting Point on YouTube
They spend three months figuring out their niche.
They stress about their camera setup.
They overthink the thumbnail before they have made a single video.
None of that is the real starting point.
Here is what actually matters when you are trying to build income from YouTube:
1. Pick one problem you genuinely understand
2. Figure out what a simple paid solution to that problem looks like
3. Make videos that speak directly to the person who has that problem
That is the order. Problem first. Product second. Channel third.
Most people flip it. They build the channel, then wonder what to sell. Then they build a product that does not connect to the audience they attracted. Then nothing moves.
When you get the sequence right, everything gets easier.
Your video ideas stop being random. Your audience starts making sense. The product feels obvious to the right person.
You are not trying to get famous. You are building a system where your knowledge turns into something repeatable.
YouTube is just the engine. A simple digital product is what gives that engine somewhere to go.
If you want to see how I would map this out for someone starting from scratch this week, comment SYSTEM and I will walk you through it.
