💔 It’s Been 1 Month, and I’m Still Crying 💔
It’s been one month since my mother passed away, and the shock still hasn’t faded. I’ve shed a tear almost every day since.
Last week, it was because her sister called me at 6:30 a.m.—the same time my mom used to call her every morning just to chat. Now, her sister calls me, and for a few days, we’ve talked like I’m her.
Yesterday, it was a song. My kids’ new favorite, 7 Years, talks about life at different ages—7, 20, 60—and it hit me hard. It made me think about what life will look like for me and my kids when I turn 60.
