Post #1 - How a Sugar Monster is Created
On my journey to achieving goals, I've found it a lot easier if I think of it as a game.
I want to reach my goal, but the Mental Monster™ in charge of that area doesn't want anything to do with it.
This is an unfolding story. From baby through to adult sugar monsters that insist that you eat whatever they want.
