Intro and get to know each other
I run a small business called Aquarelle Aquatics, where I breed all my livestock myself at home. I mainly work with Neocaridina shrimp and plants.
I chose this topic because aquarium keeping is something I do every day and I’ve learned a lot about water stability, genetics, behaviour and ethical care.
My goal in this community is to explain the basics in a simple way and show how proper care makes a huge difference in the health and lifespan of these animals.
I’m excited to share what I know and hopefully make the hobby a bit less confusing for beginners!
To start things off, I’d love to hear from everyone too. Feel free to introduce yourself and share a photo of your current tank or setup. Tell us your favourite fish, shrimp or invert you’ve kept anything that has made you happy with your aquariums recently.This space is for learning, sharing tips and pics, and enjoying the hobby together.
