Yesterday, I got to talk with one of your skool mates about what I call a "comfort circle".
As shooters, we have a certain amount of space that we feel comfortable to shoot with a defense that is closing out on us.
Steph Curry's & Klay Thompson's comfort circle is very small to where a defender could be in their face and they will still shoot it. While others have a big comfort circle.
Knowing how big or small our comfort circle from the defense is allows us to understand when we should drive and when we should shoot.
So in this video, I breakdown some WNBA and NBA players in their catch reads and comfort circles:)
