Using content machine

I have just started using the content machine agents and it understands my project. I’m looking to find a way to organize a few projects if there a way to create different projects with the same agents by giving the same agent more then one project or if there a way to have completely different areas on the same computer and the bits are duplicate and know where to look.

My vision is each project has its own files and knows to only look in those areas for the projects they are tasked with.

Just looking for a good way to organize things with myself and the agents getting confused.
