Discord cross channel agent access?
Did you guys change your default setting in the config file so that the agents have access to the other channels in discord or did you keep each discord channel separate? By default the agents can’t transfer knowledge between channels and I’m thinking about opening it up so that they can. I’m curious if that causes problems with them getting confused by too much info. Thanks
