So I wanted to share why I picked this one. I recently found out that when you hit snooze and fall back asleep, your body actually starts a whole new sleep cycle — and those can last up to four hours. So when the alarm goes off again a few minutes later, it's pulling me right out of the middle of it. No wonder I wake up feeling worse than before you snoozed!
Honestly, it was a bit of a lightbulb moment for me. AHA! It might be exactly why some mornings I wake up on my own and feel fine, but the days I snooze, I feel absolutely wiped out before the day even starts.
