Sunday Shift: post & grow here is happening in 21 hours
EP 5 Lab Clarity Mini Series. One more after this one. 👀
Episode 5 is the one I'm most passionate about in this series... and the one that most people never hear at their diagnosis appointment. It's about risk factors. Not symptoms, risk factors. The things that are happening whether you feel them or not. Young, older, any body size, these apply. And the earlier you know, the more you actually have to work with. https://shiftpmos.com/lab-clarity-ep5 Drop your comment. One episode left after this. 💛

Halfway. 🎯 Episode 4 PMOS Lab Clarity
Episode 4 is the one that fills in the half of the picture that is critical in a proper diagnosis. There are four mandatory labs that should be done before anyone calls it PMOS (formely PCOS). Two of them get missed more often than the others. This episode names them and tells you what to do if you're not sure they were ever run. It's a short one. Worth every minute. https://shiftpmos.com/lab-clarity-ep4 Comment under Episode 4 and you're more than halfway to your Lab Tracker. 💛
Lab Clarity Mini Series Glow Up Challenge Day 1
Hey Shift Society 👋 Okay so... we're doing something this week and I'm genuinely excited about it. The Glow up Lab Clarity Mini-Series just dropped in the classroom. Originating from my original PMOS Lab checklist that has been downloaded in the thousands. Six short episodes. Each one covers a piece of your PMOS labs that most people never get explained properly. I will be release one a day this week. And here's the challenge part. Every time you comment under an episode, literally anything, a word, a GIF, one sentence, you earn a point toward Level 2. Comment on all 6 and your PMOS Lab Tracker unlocks automatically. I want to see how many of us can move from Level 1 to Level 2 this week. Start here 👇 Episode 1: What This Is, What It Isn't, Why It Matters https://shiftpmos.com/lab-clarity-ep1 Drop your comment and I'll see you in there. 💛
What's something you're still chewing on?
I've been sharing resources and videos in here... and I genuinely want to know what's landing and what's leaving you with more questions. Something still fuzzy? A concept that's half-clicked but not all the way? Something you watched or read that opened a door you don't know how to walk through yet? That gap isn't a problem. It's actually where the good stuff is. 💡 👇 Drop it below... what do you want to go deeper on? I'm here.

That goal you set... how's it going really?
If you've been posting Sunday Shift goals... I want to circle back with you. Sometimes what we set as our focus turns out to be pointing at the wrong thing. The goal sounded right, but somewhere along the way you hit a wall. Or realized the real friction was something else entirely. Did you find a deeper why? Did something shift that made you pivot completely? Did you figure out that what you wrote down wasn't actually the problem? That's not failing. That's the whole point. Pivoting and adjusting is winning. 🙌 👇 Drop a quick update below... what actually happened with it?
