Not everything goes as planned.
Today my car was repossessed.
That sentence alone can bring up shame — but I’m choosing awareness instead.
When I paused and looked honestly, I could see the misalignment.
We were eating out too much.
Spending in ways that didn’t actually match what I want anymore.
What we want and what we’re doing can drift apart.
I realized something important:
I don’t actually want more restaurants.
I want more home.
I want to cook meals.
I want to be present.
Eat healthier — for my body, my family, and honestly… for the world.
I can eat at home now
→ and have a nicer car later.
And when I make more money, I can always choose eating out again —but maybe I won’t even want to.
Alignment isn’t about punishment.
It’s about truth.
We live in micro and macro systems —what we do daily ripples outward.
Sometimes the most powerful move isn’t pushing forward.
Sometimes it’s shrinking…so we can expand properly.
No shame.
Just recalibration.

If you feel comfortable sharing, ask yourself.
What am I chasing that I no longer value?
Where do you feel a small misalignment right now?
Money.
Time.
Energy.
Expectations.
No explanations needed.
Just one word or one sentence is enough.
You’re not behind
— you’re recalibrating.
