As we enter a new year, this community will be moving gently through a season of remembrance.
January will be devoted to the Crown Chakra, held by Hawk medicine — the energy of higher perspective, clarity, and calm observation.
This is not a challenge.
There is nothing to complete, fix, or catch up on.
Each day, I’ll share a short reflection — an invitation to notice, to witness, and to see your life from a little higher above the noise.
