I am struggling to make the distinction myself, but had a great tip for me while we were working together on a Tiny Challenge (would totally suggest reaching out to him if you are interested in refocusing yourself and your business)
He told me to pick a time that I would focus on my business, and be consistent about that time every day. For me, that helped so much! I was stressing out when I wasn't working on my business because I didn't have direction. Now, I know that if I at least spend the allotted time each day on my business, then I am doing enough. The interesting thing is that since I changed my mindset, I have actually spent more effective time on my business.
