You claim to be a faith-led leader, but your calendar tells a different story. You jump at every request, overcommit to stay helpful, and burn out keeping everyone happy.
It is people-pleasing disguised as Kingdom service.
Behind your pride in resilience is a hidden fear.
You are terrified of disappointing people, so you elevate their opinions above God's instructions. When you say yes to everyone else, you say no to God.
The Scriptural Shift
Paul exposes this trap in Galatians 1:10: "Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ."
You cannot lead with authority while acting as a slave to expectations. Real obedience requires the courage to let people down so you can stay aligned with Him.
