Overview on visualisation🤩
Forgot to post this overview how I do my visualisation! It is explained simple, I didn't go into very depth just because now I focus on showing how my process works. I plan in the future to make it more educational and structured, it takes some time and practice to really feel it and understand how it works. There is a big difference between dreaming and visualisation.
