Some mornings your mind is already running before your feet hit the floor. You rehearse worst-case scenarios and call it preparation.
Isaiah 26:3: “You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.”
God, I bring You the thoughts I keep trying to manage alone. Settle the noise in me and teach me to trust You with what I cannot control. Help me notice the lie, name the fear, and answer it with what is true. Keep my mind anchored in You today, one decision and one breath at a time.
What thought do you need to surrender before it runs the rest of your day?
