Self Knowledge
The foundation of all magic is self knowledge and delight. We need to know where our edges are, while being open to delight in the world around us. I ramble along the shore, I breathe, meditate and move. My friends and I have been exploring magic and the unseen world for decades. A few things emerge from life as she is lived.
Magic comes from 2 places - inside us, and outside us.
Defining your boundaries, biases and passions defines you.
There is no such thing as good and evil. Endless possibilities.
Magic is as real as the universe.
Breathing may not solve all things but it sure helps.
Eat good food. Stretch. Sleep when you are tired.
The gods are not like us; we can connect with them anyway.
The true work of the adept is to have fun.
I am. I will. I do. Context is everything.
Say yes to being absurd and eccentric.
Don't break the toys.
Play nicely with others.
Love is never a mistake.
