💡 Tuesday Tips: The Power of the Pivot
I used to think the only way to “win” was to keep all the plates spinning like a circus act. 🎪 The trick was balance, right? Only…the more plates you add, the harder it gets. And when you’re running lean, the wobble gets real.
Here’s the truth: sometimes the real power move is deciding which plates don’t even need to be on the stick anymore.
✨ This week I pivoted:
  • I downgraded my Skool plan because we weren’t using half the “pro” features anyway → instant cost savings.
  • I closed Simplify Design PLR so I could stop diluting the brand → now all the energy flows into Soft Boss Empire.
  • I shifted my tech stack → Notion for organizing, ThriveCart for some products, Launch Cart for others (including POD since Launch Cart already integrates with Printify).
  • And something I’d been dreading — renaming and cleaning up modules in Skool — suddenly feels simple because I’m not holding on so tightly to outdated systems.
The result?
🌙 By letting go of what wasn’t serving me, I opened the door to things I thought were out of reach.
👉 That’s the power of the pivot. Less juggling. More clarity. And when you free up money, time, or energy in one area...you can reallocate it where it actually creates momentum.
✨ Your Turn:
  1. What’s one “plate” you’ve been spinning that might be ready to set down? 🍽️
  2. Where could you reallocate money, time, or energy this week to create more ease? 💡
  3. When was the last time a pivot opened a door you didn’t even realize was there? 🚪
Be sure to share your thoughts in the comments. I love being able to support you as you grow!
