🚨 ChatGPT 5.0 is Rumored to Drop TODAY – Here’s What You Need to Do to Protect Your Work 💻✨

If you use ChatGPT for business or life (and let’s be real, we all do around here), I want to give you a heads-up:Rumor has it GPT-5.0 is dropping TODAY. 👀⚡️
Now, we don’t know exactly how this rollout will affect memory, trained GPTs, or saved convos…But I do know this: preparation is softer than panic.
So here’s what I recommend you do TODAY if you’ve created or customized your own GPTs:
🔐 GPT Protection Checklist
✅ Back up all custom GPTsWrite down or copy your GPT's:
- Name + Role
- Description
- Custom Instructions
- Sample prompts or scripts
- Onboarding message
- Your tone/personality notes
✅ Save memory notes
If you’ve manually added memory to a GPT, document what you’ve added (just in case it resets).
✅ Export important convos
If you’ve had convos where you “trained” your GPT or developed anything you want to reuse — download or save them now.
✅ Notion lovers: make a GPT board!

If ChatGPT 5.0 wipes anything, I want us all to have soft landings — no scrambling, no heartbreak, no “I had the perfect GPT and now she’s gone.” 😭
