Please excuse my newness to this process. I do know some things. I seen a post saying order an apostille/authenticate birth Certificate which is the photo attached. Is this considered a long form Certificate? If not what is the difference please as to using it to change your status as corporation to living man/woman? I ordered this one and then thought about what if it’s not the right one. I no longer live in the state of Illinois in which I was born in so I have to order it online unfortunately. Do I need this one along with the long version if this isn’t it? Did I waste money?
