Choosing Direction Over Certainty
I've always been a x self-starter.
What that also involved not waiting to have all my ducks in a row.

Clarity rarely gives certainty but it can provide direction.
Leaders don’t wait until they feel 100% sure—they move when the direction is clear enough.
What small step of direction is already in front of you?
