I’ve spent over 45 years in martial arts, combat sports, and real-world self defense, but what I teach here isn’t about becoming a cage fighter, a street brawler, or living in fear.
Too many “self defense” systems for seniors unknowingly teach mutual combat—techniques that drag you into a fight instead of getting you out safely. That’s not what we do here. Our method is different.
The Fraser Method is about disengagement:
- Create space.
- Control the situation.
- Escape with confidence.
If you’re over 50, you don’t need to match force with force—you need functional, age-adapted techniques that protect your body, your dignity, and your life.
