I am a Chief Compliance Officer and senior care business specialist with extensive experience building, managing, and consulting for home care agencies, assisted living operations, and healthcare staffing programs. After successfully developing and launching senior care businesses of my own, I now dedicate my expertise to helping others establish, operate, and scale their agencies independently.
My work focuses on empowering new and existing agency owners by providing the compliance knowledge, operational systems, and hands-on training they need to confidently run a fully functional, regulation-ready senior care business. I specialize in simplifying complex state rules, teaching owners how to communicate with licensors, and guiding them through every step of agency setup, onboarding, marketing, and compliance.
My goal is to equip every client with the tools and confidence required to operate successfully without depending on ongoing outside management—ensuring they understand their business, their responsibilities, and the regulations that protect the clients they serve.
