Here's your first 7 days:
Day 1. Watch Module 0 in the Classroom. Download the Weekly Offer Tracker.
Day 2. Run one property through the free MAO calculator: mymao.io/mao-calculator
Day 3. Read the Offer Kit. Write your 4 Offer Levels (65 / 85 / 95 / 100) for your next call.
Day 4. Pick one lead list from Module 2 and pull it.
Day 5. Practice the script in Module 3 out loud. Twice.
Day 6. Send one written offer. One. A verbal ballpark doesn't count.
Day 7. Post your number in the Monday Offer Count thread.
Then comment below: where do you invest, and how many offers did you send last month?
