My name is Anthony Kim Carlton, call me Kim or Sensei ... I've been involved with martial arts my whole life, my father "Sargent Ronald Carlton" was the hand to hand combat (Defendo) instructor for the Canadian military, growing up on army bases across Canada with the name "Kim" with long curly blond hair, and only being half the size of other kids of the same age, I got bullied alot ...my father started teaching me how to defend myself when I was around 5 years old, and i fought daily, well between all my fights with my bullies,and the ones with my older brother I was enrolrd in karate after my dad retired from the military as he thought I needed to now learn some discipline,By age 17 I had received my 3rd black belt.After watching a friend compete in a karate tournament I had to try it, at 17 years old I entered my first competition and was hooked, I became a professional MMA fighter, as well as competing in breaking competitions where I stayed undefeated for almost 30 years..
