We created a very simple system that only takes you a few minutes every night to fill in your Daily Journal.
How to Journal:
- Rate your day from 0-10. 0 meaning I had a bad day it was terrible everything went wrong. 10 meaning you had a perfect day. After you have written down your number underneath describe why you give yourself this number.
- Tell us about your day how it went what you’ve learned, where you struggled, what kind of situation you ended up in.
- Write down what action move you putted in that brought you closer to your goal.
