Integration is Key, so lets go...
🌎 What It Is
Integration is not about fixing yourself. It is about bringing all parts of yourself—past, present, and future—into coherence in the now. It is the breath that says: “Nothing is separate. Everything belongs.”
🙏 Practice
Inhale: The memory of who you were. Exhale: The vision of who you are becoming. Pause: Let both meet in the stillness of this moment. Repeat: Until past and future breathe as one.
🌀 Challenge Transformed
When you feel fragmented, do not chase the pieces. Breathe them home. Let the present be the container that holds all your timelines.
