The Seeds of Birth was created with the mission of guiding women through the stages of motherhood, beginning before ever getting pregnant.
In this awareness of womanhood and the stages of transition, you anchor more deeply into your body and universal wisdom.
This group is the sanctuary for women on the pathway to wild and sovereign motherhood.
An embodied birth and motherhood begins before you ever get pregnant, and I support you in each stage within this community.
What to expect:
  • Fruit based nutrition, fasting and herbal support to prepare the body for pregnancy, nourish it during pregnancy, and honor it in post partum and beyond.
  • Herbal wisdom and guidance in foraging and herbal creations to support your healing.
  • Movement Medicine and embodiment practices to reconnect you with the wisdom of your own body and spirit.
  • Unschooling support to anchor into the knowledge of real world, immersive learning
