Is entry-level cyber saturated? Yes or no?
Absolutely! However, it was mainly with those who got the certification and theoretically trained only.
Those who are able to dig deeper into alerts, understand logs, and talk about the process in simple English seem to be the ones who are not saturated at all. Entry-level does not imply no skill at all. It means just junior-level execution.
The actual question goes like this.
- Is the issue with the number of candidates being too high?
- Or with the number of unprepared candidates being too high?
I am interested in knowing what your view is on this matter. Are you having a tough time gaining entry or a tough time finding the right person? Please share your opinion below.
