We spend so much time on the blueprint. We draft the SOPs, we write the goals, and we visualize the finish line. We feel productive just by planning and optimizing. But planning is a safe harbor. It does not require any risk, only comfortable mental labor.
The actual rebuild happens when you step out of the map and into the territory. It happens when you take the perfect idea and smash it against the real world, knowing it will be ugly.
