I’m noticing something as I spend time here.
A lot of cleaning spaces are focused on:
– scaling fast
– going remote
– hiring teams
– getting “out of the field” as quickly as possible
That’s not what I’m building.
I’ve been a cleaner for 15+ years. Solo. Referral-only. Still in the work.
I’m building a space for people who:
– are actually cleaning
– want clients who respect them
– don’t want to race to the bottom on price
– want sustainability, not burnout
This won’t be for everyone.
But if you’re tired of cheap-price competition, conflicting advice, and systems built by people who don’t clean anymore, you’re probably in the right place.
