🔥 SECTION 1 — THE 6 MAIN NEGATIVE “TARGETS” ON YOUR REPORT

Every negative item falls into one of these:

1️⃣ Collections

Third-party companies claiming you owe them. Most vulnerable target — errors everywhere.

2️⃣ Charge-Offs

Original creditor wrote the debt off. Looks scary, but often full of inconsistencies.

3️⃣ Late Payments

Reported as 30/60/90/120 days late. High impact. Often inaccurate.

4️⃣ Inquiries

Every time your credit gets pulled. Low impact. Easy target if unauthorized.

5️⃣ Bankruptcies

Public record data. Harder, but full of reporting mistakes.

6️⃣ Utilization Issues

Not a derogatory item, but a score killer.

You’re not disputing — you’re identifying inaccuracies.

Always verify:

1️⃣ Date of First Delinquency (DOFD)

If it’s wrong → easy deletion.

2️⃣ Ownership

Collectors often misreport who owns the debt.

3️⃣ Balance Consistency

If each bureau shows a different number → violation.

4️⃣ Reporting Beyond Legal Timelines

Old debts love to hang around.

5️⃣ Activity on Closed Accounts

Not allowed in many situations.
