Stability exercise 5 and 6 for reverse S-curve
Hi Ed and the Team!
I have been doing the exercises for a couple of weeks now and have encountered some issues with the stability exercise 5 and 6, can you please help?
These two are bottom-up exercises with ankle weight and band attached to the left leg. Shall I just lift my left leg by using my lower back muscles, keeping the leg straight, and step the left foot forward and backward in a straight line? Or shall move kind of like draw a small semi-circle while moving forward and backward?
While doing these exercises, I found my right leg feel tired and not the left leg. Is that normal?
Thanks!
Regards
Wan
