Hi everyone! This is my first entry and as I mentioned in my introductory message: I'm Paco, I’m from Spain, 39 , father of two kids and I've been seriously into Fitness for a couple of years. I train 3-4 times a week alternating between functional training and hypertrophy and the truth is that I have never been so fit.
