  • Jesus Christ: The ultimate example of humility, he did not grasp equality with God but took the form of a servant and died for humanity (Philippians 2:5-8).
  • Moses: Described as "more humble than anyone else on the face of the earth," he depended on God’s guidance rather than his own power (Numbers 12:3).
  • David: As King, he displayed humility by acknowledging his sins, seeking God's forgiveness, and recognizing his need for divine mercy (Psalm 51).
  • The Apostle Paul: Despite his vast influence, Paul referred to himself as "the least of the apostles" and a servant of Christ (1 Corinthians 15:9).
  • John the Baptist: He demonstrated humility by directing his followers to Jesus, stating, "He must increase, but I must decrease" (John 3:30).
  • Mary, Mother of Jesus: She humbly accepted her pivotal, yet difficult, role in God's plan, exalting God rather than herself (Luke 1:46-48).
  • Joseph: Despite rising to power, he showed deep humility and forgiveness toward his brothers who sold him into slavery.
