I've just started the Stable program (4 days ago) and really enjoying the Swiss ball work. My movement background is varied (tai chi, yoga, acroyoga, inline skating, running), have been practicing a bit of flow rope recently too.
Anyone else recently joined? Would be nice to have some shared community on this journey. ๐ค๐ค
My plan is to complete the Stable program and then start exploring other courses on the platform.๐ช
