How do i lower our appointment setter churn
Alot of my appointment setters - around 10/14 i interviewed churn before making 50 calls, 7/14 of them churned before making one.
Our hiring process is they apply on indeed or we message them, voice message if their interested, interview then an onboarding call. We pay $50 per show on a sales call
