I wanted to share a quick reflection from my own community-building journey. When I started, I honestly underestimated how much intentional effort it takes — showing up every day, engaging with people individually, creating posts that spark discussion, keeping the space clean from spam, and trying to set a tone that feels welcoming but also purposeful. It’s definitely more work than I imagined. t here’s the surprising part: I’m enjoying every bit of it. I probably wouldn’t enjoy it nearly as much if it came easy — the effort itself is part of what makes it rewarding. Every new member, every small exchange, every “aha” moment someone shares — it all feels meaningful. Watching people connect with each other and not just with me has been the most rewarding part. I’m still figuring things out, still improving, still learning what works and what doesn’t. But the process itself is energizing.

The same way how we did with Chris last weekend. Combine our members, talk about our communities and get to know each other.

In the last days I've talked with so many of you and got a pleasure to know you personally 🙌 And got to know the amazing things you do. And the problems you face. So I want to ask: What is something you are doing in your community that could be improved this week? What's the 1 improvement that would bring the most benefit? Personally, I could name 10 things that are blocking me or could be improved in my community.
