Here's just one idea - Use Claude to find out how many repeat bookings you've had, then send an email to everyone whose booked twice, giving them a discount, or early checkin or small gift if they book for the third time. You can do all of it from Claude.

Prompt: Find everyone who has booked in October in the past two years, pull their email address and draft a personal email from me inviting them to stay again this fall. Use the discount code FRIENDS15 and tell them to use the code for any non-holiday weekend before Feb. 29th, 2027

Note - I haven't tried this prompt, but this is just an idea that should work. I'll try it before the call.
