The Lord Has Compassion On YOU!
Isaiah 54:10 (NIV)
10 Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,” says the LORD, who has compassion on you.
My dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Peace be with you all.
Do you understand what this verse means when it says the LORD has compassion on YOU?
I think it is important for us to define the word "compassion"
with a quick google search we find that compassion means:
“to suffer together"
Compassion literally means “to suffer together.” Among emotion researchers, it is defined as the feeling that arises when you are confronted with another's suffering and feel motivated to relieve that suffering. -- taken from greatergood.berkeley.edu
so just know....
no matter what you are going through, no matter what you are suffering, God, our Heavenly Father, is there suffering with you.
And He wants to relieve you from that suffering.
Why?
as we see also in this verse it is because He LOVES you!
and He loves you with an UNFAILING love.
i truly believe that the moment you realize how much God truly loves YOU,
is the moment that nothing becomes impossible for you.
You GOT this!
May our Heavenly Father bless you with His Unfailing Love, Joy, Peace and Self-Control by the Power of His Holy Spirit in the Name of His Son Jesus Christ. Amen
