One of my favorite things to share here is food that looks high-end but is secretly very simple.
This chocolate mousse is exactly that:
No baking.
No complicated steps.
Just clean technique and good ingredients.
You only need:
- Dark chocolate
- Heavy cream
- Powdered sugar
- Vanilla
- Salt
Melt the chocolate with a little cream, whip the rest, fold, chill — done.
This is the kind of dessert that:
