We have joined the Sangam CRM community and are pleased to see such a tech innovation and community approach towards learning & development!
We seek the guidance of the community platform to understand evaluate which modules/features of the CRM can be used by us
Our Background - Trader of Steel , Heat Pump, Face veneer - dealing with various industries & customers across India but our operations have been from our single office - Now CRM is our need because we plan to expand our sales office to diff states!
Being a trader our Sale & Marketing business activity involves
1- Calling new & old customers
2- Following up on scheduled dates for fresh inquiry or negotiating on quotes
3- Closure of business by sharing Proforma Invoice, Order Acceptance & managing logistics to execute business.
The intent of sharing our background is to ASK from all members of the community that initially to get my team to start using the CRM which are the BASIC/EASY modules/features we should use to start the implementation process and gradually create the environment where the team themselves start demanding more from CRM, & than shift to advanced features. As an business owner i want them to adopt the CRM as their source to success!
