Email to Ticket
While creating Email to Ticket, I want all fields of Ticket to be auto filled from email content.
I had created a Google Form with Ticket Fields & email is received when Google Form is filled.
But ticket is created with Ticket Title (Subject of Email) & new contact got created inspite of matching account with email-id mentioned in Google Form.
